"Shine the Light Law": California residents can request information about personal data shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes once per year. 9. CHILDREN

Velar Cloud does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, unless as permitted by law. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13 who has shared personal information with us, contact [email protected] to have the account terminated and data deleted.

10. DO-NOT-TRACK NOTICE

Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals, Velar Cloud does not respond to DNT browser signals at this time. We may update this policy as standards evolve.

Disputes over privacy issues will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Estonia.
